Post Construction Cleaning in Schaumburg

Sawdust, drywall dust, leftover nails, tape, wrappers. We take it out first. Dust from drywall is the worst one – it is light, it flies again when you move, so it needs the right order and the right equipment. We vacuum from the top down, not the other way.

New floors usually hide a thin layer of dust in every seam. Hardwood, tile, vinyl, concrete – each one needs a different approach. Grout lines get separate attention. Paint drops and adhesive spots come off where possible.

Windows after construction are a job on their own. Stickers, tape residue, paint specks, plaster splatter. We clean glass, frames and tracks. The tracks are where most of the dirt actually hides.

Door frames, baseboards, light fixtures, switches, vents, railings, radiators. All the flat tops people forget. This is slow work and it is exactly the part that makes a room feel finished.

Inside cabinets and drawers, not only the fronts. Appliances inside and out. Sinks, tubs, tile, fixtures. New bathrooms often keep grout haze and silicone marks – we take off what comes off safely.

The last pass. We check the same rooms again after the dust settles, because it does settle. Then the place is ready for furniture and people.

Not everything comes off. Paint that dried on a floor, deep scratches, stained grout – sometimes it stays, and we say that honestly instead of promising a miracle.
