6 Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Refunds

    • If you request to reschedule less than 24 hours before the Service, you may be subject to a rescheduling fee as determined by Raccoon Cleaning Inc.
  2. Cancellation
    • If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled Service, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
    • This fee applies especially if you have agreed to a biweekly or weekly cleaning schedule under a special rate. By canceling late, you may be charged the fee and risk losing your discounted rate for future visits.
  3. Special Rate Conditions
    • If you received a special or discounted rate for biweekly or weekly services, frequent cancellations, last-minute changes, or missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of the special rate. Raccoon Cleaning Inc. reserves the right to revert you to our standard rate schedule in such cases.
  4. Refunds
    • Refunds, if any, will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our cancellation policy. Any deposit or advance payment made may be partially or fully nonrefundable, depending on the circumstances of cancellation or rescheduling.

  3. Pets: If you have pets on the Property, please ensure they are secured or otherwise prevented from interfering with our cleaners or posing a safety risk.
