We had a house thats 7 years old, did a lot of contstruction! I had two girls for 8 hours. Price was reasonable, girls were nice and sweet. They spoke no english so that was a bit of a problem with communicating WHAT I needed done But its better than it was For a deep move in clean I needed more than what was done. For a regilar house cleaning I recommend this company. Maybe if they spoke english thing would of gotten that deep move in clean I needed

I scheduled a post construction cleaning. The apartment was a complete hellscape with drywall dust from construction on all surfaces. This team worked miracles for me. The house was clean and tidy by the time they left. There were areas they cleaned that hadn't received attention for years. :-) Definitely would have them back.

We have had two cleans done by Racoon- one for a move out of an apartment that and a deep clean for the place we had started to move into. We had a few things we touched up at the apartment- but the work done at the house was AMAZING. This place was really rough- I don’t think the person who lived here before cleaned very often. Dog hair caked the stairs- the walls where ever the dog was were brown. The jetted bathtub hadnt been used and it was embarrassing how bad the house was. The crew arrived promptly- asked where they could concentrate their efforts and got to work quickly. They needed a little extra time but got approval before my initial four hours were up. They got things off the walls I thought I was going to have to paint over, the floors look so much better and the build up of dog hair is gone. The house smells amazing and looks so much better and I feel a lot more prepared for when the rest of my stuff arrives from out of state. Raccoon cleaning really made a big difference and eased the stress of an out of state move and the unexpected disastrous state of a new home.
Hired for initial home cleaning because Katie was prompt, scheduled appointment and Ohla arrived on time, courteous, and quoted reasonable price. Listened to our need for specific wood floor cleaning solution. Scheduled cleaning for next week. 8
I contacted a few businesses in the downers grove area for cleaning services and Racoon was by far the fastest response and quickest scheduling time. I had 2 cleaners come in to clean my new house with an odd request to polish a rock wall in my basement. I was genuinely impressed with the speed and efficiency of their cleaning crew. They knocked the wall out and it looks fabulous along with some other tasks I needed help with. The whole house smelled amazing and the price is super fair in comparison to other quotes I received and maybe even one of the lesser ones. The ladies who worked on my house will definitely be coming back potentially monthly for a good down and dirty clean. Thanks guys!
